How we use your details.
SynaptechAI uses Brevo to collect and manage website signups and send related emails.
Scope beta requests
We collect your email and, if you choose to provide it, first name so we can confirm your address and follow up about beta access. Submitting a request does not create a Scope account or guarantee an invitation.
Product updates
We send product news only when you subscribe to updates. On the Scope request form, this is a separate optional choice. You can unsubscribe through the link in an update.
Where you found us
When a signup link contains campaign labels, we record its source and campaign name with your signup to understand which posts bring interest. Links without these labels are recorded as direct. These labels do not measure app usage.
Where your details go
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed and stored by Brevo and accessible to SynaptechAI. Confirmation and notification emails support the signup process. Do not put client documents or sensitive project information in these forms.
Questions or removal
Email [email protected] to ask about your signup or request removal. We keep signup details while handling your request or maintaining your subscription, unless you ask us to remove them.
